Broadcast is now live!
We’re pleased to share that the Town now has a new, easier way to send timely information to residents and property owners. Our website host has completed work on a new notification system that allows us to send updates by text message and email.
You can sign up at the following link:

After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation request by text and/or email (you may choose one or both). Once confirmed, you can return to the link and select “Manage Subscription” if you’d like to customize which topics you receive.**
Current topics include:
- Boards & Committees
- Community Events
- Elections & Voting
- Public Safety & Road Hazards
- Recreation
If you don’t select specific topics, you’ll automatically receive notifications for all categories.
As we begin using this system, we’ll be fine-tuning the types of messages sent and how often they go out. Thank you for your patience during this process. Please feel free to contact me if there’s information you’d like to see included in future broadcast messages or if you have suggestions for additional categories. This is a new service, and we are still working out some minor issues, so please let us know what you think about it. Suggestions for topics, news items, etc. can be emailed to Jen Weston.
